We mow on a consistent schedule so your grass is never cut more than a third of its height at once. Blades stay sharp, patterns get alternated to prevent ruts, and clippings are handled so they feed the lawn instead of smothering it.
Every visit ends the same way: edges trimmed, hard surfaces blown clean, gates closed. You should be able to tell we were there without finding a single thing to clean up after us.

Will you actually show up every week?
Yes — same crew, same day, on schedule. Reliability is the reason most of our clients left their last lawn service, and it's the core of what we offer.
What happens if it rains on my service day?
We shift the route instead of cutting a saturated lawn, since that only causes rutting and clumping. You'll typically get service within a day or two of your normal day.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Weekly maintenance runs on a season-long schedule so routing stays reliable, but there's no multi-year agreement. If we stop earning your business, you can stop the service.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can access the property — gates unlocked or a code for the crew — we'll take care of everything and be gone before you're back.
